Elena Rybakina beat Garbine Muguruza 6-3, 6-1 on Wednesday evening. She’ll play American Alison Riske-Amritraj in the next round
Kazakh Elena Rybakina won against Spaniard Garbine Muguruza, the No 8 seed, 6-3, 6-1 to reach the last 16 of the Western & Southern Open at the Linder Tennis Family Center in Cincinnati on Wednesday evening.
Rybakina, ranked No 25, will face American Alison Riske-Amritraj next.
Ahead of her victory, the Kazakh defeated Egyptian Mayar Sherif (6-3, 6-2).
