WWE News: Potential Update on return date of Sasha Banks and Naomi to WWE
Recently, a new update hinted at the return of the former tag team champions. With Triple H taking over the WWE’s creative team and Head of Talent Relations, WWE brought several superstars back to the company and has noted Sasha Banks and Naomi has agreed to do so.
Sasha Banks and Naomi
The latest report from XeroNews stated Sasha Banks and Naomi are likely to return after the women’s tag team tournament. However, it is unsure when both superstars will return as the tag team tournament final is not yet announced for Clash at the Castle. On the contrary, if Dakota Kai and Io Sky qualify for the finals, the tournament will probably be pushed to further events as Kai and Sky will compete in a 6-women tag team match at Clash at the Castle.
Earlier this year, Sasha Banks and Noami walked out from Monday Night Raw after a disagreement with WWE’s creative team and handed over their tag team titles. Since then, both women have disappeared from WWE and it has been noted that WWE released Sasha Banks a few months back.

But, now both women are set to return after a long span. WWE fans are excited to watch the former tag team champions once again.
On the recent episode of Monday Night Raw, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky defeated Dana Brooke and Tamina to qualify for the semi-finals of the women’s tag team tournament. Similarly, Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah defeated Shotzi and Xia Li to qualify.

Until now, two teams have registered their names in the tag team semi-finals and more teams are to join too. New tag teams will advance to the tag team tournament finals with the upcoming qualifying rounds on Raw and SmackDown.
Who will walk away as the women’s tag team champions? Tell us in the comments.
