Last night, Vince McMahon announced his retirement, which gave a shock to the wrestling industry. Meanwhile, Brock Lesnar shocked the WWE management by leaving the building despite being advertised for the recent edition of Friday Night SmackDown. However, WWE management brought Brock for the final segment.
From several sources, Brock Lesnar has left Smackdown.

According to the reports, Brock Lesnar left the building after hearing about Vince McMahon’s retirement and left. In a recent report from Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer mentioned WWE convinced Brock Lesnar on certain conditions for his return. He mentioned there were other plans to bring WWE Legend Goldberg if Brock Lesnar denies coming back.

Dave Meltzer said, “It was imperative that they got Lesnar back. The basic gist was – the most famous guy on the roster who was the main guy advertised for the show on Boston, all of a sudden he walks out, that’s the worst that could happen. They made sure he came back. I was not told what the deal was to get him back. The worst thing they could have is that all of a sudden Vince left, and it’s anarchy.” [H/T Thirsty For News]
Brock Lesnar leaving the building would have changed WWE SummerSlam’s plans. Also, replacing him with any other superstar would make fans unhappy.

On the recent episode of Friday Night SmackDown, WWE advertised Brock Lesnar for the show. However, as per the backstage report, Lesnar left the building after hearing about Vince McMahon’s retirement. However, WWE management brought him back in no time rewriting the final script for the show.

In the main event of Friday Night SmackDown, WWE fans saw Theory and The Usos competing against The Street Profits and Madcap Moss. Unfortunately, the match ended up in a disqualification where Theory smashed Madcap Moss with the MITB briefcase. Meanwhile, Brock Lesnar showed up and confronted Theory.

Although Theory tried to attack Lesnar with the briefcase, Lesnar decimated him with the MITB briefcase. Eventually, Lesnar closed the segment with an F-5 to Theory on the MITB briefcase.
