Rapper Cardi B hasn’t been shy about her wrestling fandom, and she recently revealed her favorite WWE theme song!
On July 1st, Cardi B dropped the lead single from her as-yet untitled sophomore album “Hot Sh*t.” On the track, the proud New Yorker joins forces with Kanye West and Lil Durk to stake her claim as the self professed baddest b*tch in the game.
The single has also caught the attention of wrestling fans as the WAP rapper references former WWE Superstar Jimmy Snuka. Following the release of the track, fans of the rapper took to social media to point out that she is a huge wrestling fan and that was the reason for the line referencing the star.
Cardi B’s wrestling fandom shouldn’t come as much of a surprise as her track “Up” was the theme song for SummerSlam 2021, and she previously got embroiled in a Twitter spat with Lacey Evans.
Former Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss thinks the hip hop star would make a great WWE Superstar, and Cardi B has also been known to comment on wrestling opinions on social media, recently declaring that she found Edge and Lita to be a “sexy a** couple.”
Therefore, it should come as no surprise that Cardi B made her opinion known when WWE asked on social media what fans consider to be the greatest WWE theme song of all time. The star chose the entrance theme used by the beloved late WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero.

Despite the use of her song at SummerSlam 2001, Cardi B has yet to make a WWE appearance – though co-CEO Nick Khan has expressed interest in using the star in a similar fashion to fellow rapper Bad Bunny, who made his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 37 alongside Damian Priest to take on The Miz and John Morrison.
